Brief: Development of engaging content for series of interpretive exhibition signs. Prepare outline of prepared signs, research under themes including law and order during the Gold Rush, early prison management systems, people who lived at the gaol, day in the life of a prisoner, hanging heritage (including detailed studies of the ten hangings at the gaol), liaison with client and local historical society, image sourcing, content development + revisions. Deliverables: 1 x welcome panel, 5 x general panels, 10 x “hanging” panels, 1 x detailed historical timeline.
